Rental Rates

Important - All above rates are subject to change at any time. Prices are guaranteed from the time a booking deposit has been paid by hirer and acknowledged by ourselves.

General - We will always do our very best to be as flexible as possible in order to suit our guests needs, so please feel free to ask any questions or seek further information with no obligation whatsoever. Our default check-in and check-out day is Saturday but during some off-peak seasons it may be possible to vary this depending on whether or not the prior or following periods are already reserved at your time of booking.

We are unfortunately unable to accept bookings from 'Stag', 'Hen' or similar large parties, whole adult groups under the average age of 25, or any form of guest group which we consider likely to be held in disrepute by the local community. If in any doubt please ask before booking.

Payment Terms - Minimum 25% of the quoted total rental price is payable at the time of booking, with any remaining balance (including security deposit) payable at least 28 days before your confirmed arrival date. For bookings made less than 28 days before arrival date, 100% payment (including security deposit) is payable at the time of booking.

Where bookings are made via online booking portals, alternative websites or any other third-party agencies, the hirer will need to follow the relevant sevice providers' specific instructions regarding any payment or currency options being offered and should be aware that some such providers may have their own terms and conditions which we as owners have no control or influence over.

If booking direct with ourselves (i.e. with no third-party involvement), the hirer will have the choice of using either EURO or STERLING currency via online banking, Revolut or other appropriate transaction medium by prior mutual agreement. In the interest of security and transparency we do not accept cash payments.

Regardless of which booking medium is used, we reserve the right to cancel bookings if deposits or follow-up payments are not received on time, or if booking forms are not completed accurately or returned on time. In the event of us cancelling a booking due to us considering a guest list to be inappropriate, we will issue a full refund without prejudice.

Security Deposit - A fully refundable security deposit is payable with every paid-for booking. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days of your departure, subject to no damage or other losses during your stay. The default (and minimum) amount is 250€ per booking, which is payable at least 14 days before your confirmed arrival date. We reserve the right to increase the deposit amount required in exceptional or non-standard circumstances (e.g. where we have agreed in advance, to a rental arrangement that is outside our normal terms), however this would only ever occur via prior mutual agreement between the prospective hirer and ourselves.

No such security deposit is payable for bookings that are non paid-for (e.g. home exchanges).

Car Security Deposit - Some bookings may include use of a fully-insured car, subject to the appropriate prior proven status of any potential drivers within the guest party. Any such hire will incur an additional fee, the amount of which will be agreed between the prospective hirer(s) and ourselves prior to commencement of the booking. Without exception, ALL eligible drivers will agree to us being able to share their personal details with police and/or other car-related agencies if ever necessary, in order to pursue drivers regarding any car-related offences occurring during your agreed period of car-hire.

All such hires will incur a minimum 300€ security deposit which will be fully refunded within 3 days of your departure, subject to no car-related damage or other losses having occurred during the agreed hire period. This deposit is payable at least 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date and applies to ALL car-related hires, thus includes all car-hires within home exchange agreements.

ALL car-hires are strictly subject to availability which is primarily based on an assumption that the previous hirer will have returned it in a clean, undamaged and road-worthy condition. We recommend any potential hirer who needs the certainty of a car always being available, should arrange their own car hire from one of the many reputable hire companies throughout the Alicante region.

Cancellation Policy - 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days prior to proposed check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days prior to proposed check-in date.
No refunds for cancellations 30 days or less from proposed check-in date.

Cancellation via Third-Party - Hirers booking via an online portal or other third-party website may be liable for additional cancellation charges from the relevant service provider (we strongly advise you check relevant terms and conditions with the service provider before booking).
