Superbe Location et la maison correspond exactement aux photos. Elle est propre et fonctionnelle. Le sous sol est un plus avec les vélos et la table de ping pong. La piscine sur le toit est superbe et peu fréquentée. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute. A notre arrivée, nous avions 2 bouteilles de vin et une bouteille d'eau en cadeau ! Je recommande vivement cette location !

Really nice apartment plus pool. We had a great time, apartment was clean and quite roomy. Towels provided beach towels too. Pool was great as it was 40+ on several days. Benejuzar is a quiet Spanish town, if you want a place like Benidorm you’re looking at the wrong place to stay. There’s a few bars, (when their open) big shop just round the corner from apartment. There’s a consum a bit further. The town of Algorfa 10 mins away, good food places, Indian, steak houses and more. Quesada a bit further along All these places and more are available in a folder Pat has left in apartment, very informative. You'll need a car because there plenty sites to see around. Overall we enjoyed it.

Well equipped apartment and great pool! The apartment was great. Had everything you needed and more. We were all really happy staying here for the 2 weeks of our holiday.
Minor issue with the shower in en suite that was sorted quickly. Power went out as either too many items were on or the extractor fan in kitchen caused it to trip. It was fine. Was cooking, but again neighbour sorted it quickly.
2 bottles of wine and big bottle of water on arrival. Items left from other renters, which helped. Things like salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. It had more items than other apartments we have stayed in elsewhere. Very well equipped.
Swimming pool on the roof was great. Kids loved it. Met some lovely neighbours from the complex and was not too busy at all.
Overall I would stay again. Thanks Pat for the great communication and help. Manual was helpful in the apartment and online.

Casa Patria is an amazing and lovely family apartment, it accommodated our family of 5 with ease, Pat and Tricia have thought and provided everything for a lovely and comfortable holiday for everyone. The games room downstairs kept our 18yr old and 12yr old quiet playing ping pong for hours and the bikes available were a god-send for the days we relaxed at the apartment.
The small town is a lovely place to explore, we would recommend using the Consum supermarket (great Value) which is 10 mins drive away along with the Bazaar for all your shopping needs. Motorway access was 10 mins drive, this was perfect as the local beach at Guardamar was only 30 mins from the apartment. The roof top pool was also lovely to relax in and access was really easy less then 4 doors up from the apartment. The neighbours were amazing and full of information on the local area. We would highly recommend this apartment if you wish to have a relaxing holiday in a traditional part of Spain.

We have just returned after our second extended stay at Casa Patria and have really enjoyed ourselves there, so much so that we have already booked to return. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of staying somewhere slightly away from the coast in a more Spanish environment. Benejuzar is ideally located for trips both to the coast and to the many inland towns - that are well worth a visit. You can also catch trains from Callosa de Segura (10 minutes away by car), to Murcia or Alicante, this is much less stressful than having to drive into the city.
The apartment is exactly as described on the website and has everything needed for those wishing to self-cater and is extremely well equipped. Alternatively, if you prefer to eat out there is plenty of choice locally. There's lots to keep you amused and entertained in the apartment with TV, DVD and high speed internet access. For the sporty types there are bikes, a table tennis table and a number of board games. As our holiday was in January/February all these came in very useful and we were never bored.
Pat the owner, together with Bruce and June (the couple who look after the apartment locally) could not be more helpful if you have any queries or problems. The neighbours next door (Charlie and Barbara) are really helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome and part of the community.
All in all a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.
This is the first time we have used HomeAway (since taken over by VRBO,com) and was unsure of how it all worked, but Pat has been brilliant with his communication often answering emails within minuets of sending.
The apartment was very spacious and well equipped in a lovely quiet area. Nothing was too much trouble for Pat, he was very accommodating with our requirements. Their attention to detail with the small thing like toothbrushes toilet rolls, were great if you forget to pack them, the cooled drinking water and the welcoming wine were appreciated after the flight and drive to get there from the UK.
The Wi-fi was excellent along with the IPTV. there was no problems viewing or using either.
The rooftop pool was amazing, and although we was out and about most days we spent a lot of evenings in there. Considering it is a shared pool in our 2 week holiday we only saw 1 other family use it during our stay. Charlie next door was a font of information and was great to chat to when we return from that days "adventures"
The local Hyperbear supermarket had most things that we forgot to pick up from Lidl, The local Friday market was okay for fresh fruit n veg.
All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone I know wanting to stay in the Alicante area.
In the words of our 3 year old grandson "it was awesome"

Perfect apartment which was just as pictured and described, with everything needed for a great week's holiday; well equipped kitchen, very clean, plenty of towels, TV & WiFi and extras like the games room and bikes.
Helpful & swift communication from the owner, with useful guides for what to do in the town and area, and also comprehensive guide to the apartment, so nothing was unexplained.
Roof top pool 'refreshing' but just tolerable given the time of year (probably better June onwards) Local hosts (Bruce & June) on hand for any queries, not that we had any.

Pat and Trish have made this apartment a treat to stay in and we've had a lovely holiday on the Costa Blanca this year. The apartment is fab, in a lovely location. The whole area is surrounded by the Vega Baga mountains, it looks and feels like you are in a huge crater. Pat has put a lot of effort into a 'home from home'. We cooked full meals on several occasions and had everything we needed to do so. The tv and film channels are excellent, you won't miss any of your favourite programmes. There's also a wall map of the village pin pointing bars, banks, supermarkets etc and it's all easily walkable. We had a large beer and a glass of wine in one of the bars €2 euros for both! All the main coastal resorts are within easy driving distance and we fell in love with Guardamar del Segura, the beach is amazing. All in all, a fab holiday and to top it all, No smelly plumbing!

Perfect place to stay. This lovely apartment had everything you could possibly need for a stress free holiday. It was clean, tidy and well looked after, all rooms were a great size. Up on the roof top by the pool was so peaceful and a great place to cool off each day, plus it had a fantastic view. It had everything you could want for a quiet night in, games and a TV with a DVD or if you wanted to go out there is a map of all the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and places of interest all marked on it so you can't get lost or run out of things to do.
We had a car and there was plenty of parking around the property and you could drive to towns around 10-20 minutes away for some more specialised restaurants and bars.
Pat couldn't do enough for us, always responding to any queries before, during or after our stay. It’s like it makes his day if he knows you are ok and in his absence Bruce was there to ensure we were ok and had found everything we needed, so we never felt isolated during our stay.
All in all this was a great holiday in a great apartment, lovely location and great attentive owners.

Maravilloso apartamento y el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, encantador y maravilloso. Todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días fantásticos. Los espacios son amplios, están muy bien cuidados, con una sensación acogedora, llena de belleza y tranquilidad. La terraza es amplia y te invita a disfrutar de ella a cualquier hora, sobretodo por la noche viendo las estrellas. El lugar es muy tranquilo y está muy bien comunicado con todas las zonas de interés, que por cierto son muchas. No os perdáis la piscina que hay en la azotea y que permite ver unas puestas de sol de ensueño sobre las montañas...
Por último destacar el trato y la calidad humana de Pat, el propietario, atento y siempre dispuesto a que disfrutes al máximo de tu estancia en el apartamento. Te pone a tu disposición una amplia guía detallada sobre toda la información tanto del apartamento como de los lugares de interés de la zona. Pat, gracias por todo!!!!

Nous avons passé d'excellente vacance dans cette appartement spacieux, moderne, climatisé. La piscine est très bien malgré quel soit sur le toit de l'immeuble! je conserve précieusement les coordonnées et je neo manquerai d'y retourner !

Parfait et je ne peux que recommander cette location. Les propriétaires sont charmants, ils n'hésitent pas à vous guider pour trouver les commerces les plus proches. L'appartement est conforme à la description très propre. Ils sont à vos petits soin le petit détail qui vous fait extrêmement plaisir, la bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur à votre arrivée. Property was well kept and exactly as "it said on the tin" nothing too much trouble. We had problems with the TV and e-mailed and we had an answer within an hour. I would recommend this to anyone. lots of bars in the side streets open on different days you just had to try them all. Most people did not speak English so it was great fun trying out our Spanish! On the day we arrived fantastic parade in the town square which went on for hours. Next door neighbours very helpful.
